First, download our return form and follow the instructions provided on the form. Send it to us, and we’ll send a return shipping label once approved. You’ll receive a refund 24 to 48 hours from the time we received the item back.

For discounts or any payment issues, please contact us. Provide us with the details of the issue and we’ll work on the manual refund.

For any issues regarding the product, please provide us with a photo of the item you received and a photo of the shipping label, and we’ll be happy to solve the issue.

Our collections are updated every quarter. If you have an item that you wish to buy but no longer available on our website, you may contact us. We do restock items, especially if there are a high number of requests from our customers.

We manufacture all of our items. Our physical location is in Belgium. The materials we use such as fabrics, buttons, and other essentials are being outsourced from different suppliers around the world.

It could be that you are in a country where we don’t ship or the amount of your order is relatively high. For bulk orders, please contact us directly as we need to do extra verification. Rest assured that you’ll get offers & coupons since you are buying in bulk.
